Blog #4: TV Rescue

You’ve been kidnapped. You can call on the characters from one television show to make a rescue attempt. Which show do you pick? Explain, in detail, your selection and anticipated outcome. How will the rescue go down?

• The cast I would pick to save me would be the Kardashians because there is a lot of them and each of them has a super power in my mind that would save me from escaping. I was kidnapped from the mall and was kept in an abandoned factory where no one knew where I was. Kylie Jenner had a vision of me getting kidnapped from the mall and knew she had to do something so she texted and called all of her family members explaining what happened. Kim was too busy taking selfies on her phone like always but the family had a plan. They all rushed onto their jet and flew to OP, KS. The jet landed on top of the factory and they all hopped out of the plane one by one with their super hero costumes on. They all rushed into where I was and started fighting the enemies and were using their powers left & right. Once they killed all the guys, Kris came and untied me and asked If I wanted to come to their family dinner.

Blog #2: Current Event

Knowing what is going on in the world around you is very important. Do you know what the headlines were in the local news yesterday? What about the national or international news? How often do you take the time to read about what is going on beyond your small community? Spend some time surfing the web for current events. Identify an article that was published within the last 48 hours and read the entire text. Your blog post should not only summarize what the current event is, but it should also express your personal opinion about this issue. How do you feel about this? •  The Underground Search for the New Human Species

This article is really cool because researchers and people found bones of a new species that possibly could be human. The fossils have the resemblance of an ape and a human combined. In the article it states that the bones were discovered in South Africa deep down in a cave. There were 15 skeletons found in the cave, eight children, five adults and two adolescents. When I am reading this article it just shocks me that there was a new species that was discovered. I never thought there would be something like this discovered.  It just shows how humans are not the only thing in earth. It is also kind of creepy thinking about it.
